The House Environmental Resources and Energy Committee will hold an information meeting on March 15 on House Bill 1391 (Everett-R-Lycoming) providing for a guaranteed minimum royalty on oil and gas leases.

The meeting will be held in 140 Main Capitol Building starting at 9:30.
The Committee has also scheduled a voting meeting for March 16, but has not released the meeting agenda. The meeting will be held in Room B31 Main Capitol starting at 9:30.
